We held an induction ceremony to acknowledge all of our amazing members and reveal the 2019-2020 officer team! We also had food afterward, including lots of pie!
September Club Day

Hoco Spirit Week

In the spirit of Halloween, we played a Scavenger Hunt that led teams across the school to find different candy stations!
Fall Math Bowl
November 6 2019
Selected teams competed in county-wide competition at USF. Robinson placed 3rd overall. Also known as the competition where Praveen placed 1st individually in geometry!
Fall Field Day
November 23, 2019
A fun team bonding event where club members played games like capture the flag and had a potluck with lots of food & snacks! Definitely a club favorite!
Gingerbread House club day
December 9, 2019
For our December club meeting, we split up into groups and made Gingerbread houses from scratch with the goal of optimizing volume and surface area. A great day for sweet tooths like Shea!
January Competition

Robinson placed 6th overall out of 21 schools at our competition at King High!
February Club Day
February 10, 2020
For this month's club day, we celebrated Valentine's Day by creating heart-shaped graphs and making math pick-up lines to test out. The winner got candy!
Pi- Day Fundraiser
March 1-14, 2020
Over the course of a couple weeks, we sold pies during lunches to raise money for the upcoming state competition. Unfortunately, it was canceled, but we still raised a lot of money to help support our club! We also went to a math competition at Wharton High School!
